Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and documents. Delays caused by incomplete information are not our responsibility.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are agreed in writing before work commences. Government fees are charged at cost and may vary based on authority schedules.
Limitation of Liability
Better Choice acts as a facilitator and is not liable for decisions made by UAE government authorities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to UAE courts.
